伯尼西亞（古英語：Bernice或Beornice；拉丁語：Bernicia）是盎格魯人6世紀時在今蘇格蘭邊境和東北英格蘭建立的一個王國，歷史上最早可以追溯到420年代，當時是威爾斯領主老王科衡的北方領土的一部分。領土包括今天的諾森伯蘭郡和達勒姆郡，以及蘇格蘭以前的貝里克郡和東洛錫安，北達福斯灣、南至蒂斯河。7世紀初期與南方的鄰國德拉合併，形成了諾森布里亞。
