伯羅奔尼撒同盟（希臘語：Σπαρτιατική Συμμαχία，英語：Peloponnesian League）是公元前6世紀中葉古希臘建立的以斯巴達為首的同盟。 一直持續到公元前4世紀的60年代。聯盟包括伯羅奔尼撒半島及其他地區的希臘城邦，如維奧蒂亞地區。
伯羅奔尼撒戰爭戰後，斯巴達征服雅典，同盟達到鼎盛。公元前4世紀，隨著忒拜打垮斯巴達，同盟解散。
