薩法維王朝（波斯語：دودمان صفوی，羅馬化：Dudmān-e Safavi），又稱薩法維帝國、薩法維伊朗、波斯第三帝國，正式國號伊朗守疆王國，明朝稱之為巴喇西，是1501年至1736年間統治伊朗的王朝。該王朝將伊斯蘭教什葉派正式定為伊朗國教，統一了伊朗的各個省份，是伊朗從中世紀向現代時期過渡的中間時期。
