Vijayanagar (oder Vijayanagara) war ein hinduistisches Königreich in Südindien, das von 1336/46 bis 1565 bestand. Es war nach einer gleichnamigen Stadt (deutsch: „Stadt des Sieges“) benannt. Unter ihrem heutigen Namen Hampi gehört sie zu den Stätten des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes.
